One of the finest stores I have come across. You have to check out Amathus Drinks if you happen to be in London. They have two retail stores in London: one in Leadenhall Market and one on Wardour Street in Soho (this location pictured/visited here).

Amathus has extremely knowledgeable and energetic staff. They were doing a sampling of bitter liqours while I was there, and the resident mixologist Nick Bell helped me to pick out a nice Vya Vermouth Apertif to enjoy over ice with a twist of orange peel.
Amathus Drinks happens to have one of the finest whiskey selections I have ever come across. It also happens to be the sole distributor of Van Winkle Products for the UK. I challenge anyone to find a better collection of Van Winkle on the shelf than Amathus. It seems that Londoners are not as knowledgeable or keen on this spirit as we are here in the US. As expected, scotch whiskies appear to be a bigger draw. They do have an online store, but unfortunately there is no shipping to the US. This is the place to go for Van Winkle bourbons if you happen to visit London.
